The purpose of the Agreement is to provide the Customer with a pre-determined scheduled monthly service to maintain their network. This includes, but not limited to the following:

• Network additions and modifications.
• Checking hard drives for fragmentation to improve performance.
• Reviewing network operations to improve performance, security, back-up integrity and data recovery capability.
• Software and firmware updates as needed.
• Mission critical or non-functioning file server support
